The bedroom was separate, hypo-allergenic pillows were available too. We liked location, it was great, in the middle of jackson. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a huge help. Tracey made everything for all of us.

The apartment was exactly as pictured, cozy and clean. The big screen TV with Netflix and stable Wi-Fi were great. The bus station was conveniently located right in front and there was a supermarket close by. Tracy organized our airport pick up and drop off to the cruise ship. She was also able to arrange groceries for us in advance. Communication with her via WhatsApp was very helpful. Living in a regular neighborhood gave us a more authentic experience and we felt safe during our stay.

There was an airport, within 13 minutes drive. Had a walk-in shower. Having a handy kitchenette available meant we could cook for ourselves. Loved views towards street. Overall experience was PERFECT.

I really got great value for my money at Carmen Apartment. The room was cozy and nicely decorated, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the main road and a convenience store right outside. The staff, especially Tracey, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable.

No AC in one bedroom.

We had a perfect stay at Tracy's apartment. The place was just like the pictures, very cozy and clean. The big screen TV with Netflix and fast WiFi were great. The bus station was right in front and there was a supermarket close by. Tracy even arranged airport pick-up and drop-off for us, as well as organized groceries in advance. The neighborhood felt safe and it was nice to explore a non-touristy area.

We had a one day layover and Carmen Apartment was the perfect interim stepping stone. The property was cosy and well decorated with great accessibility to the main road. The beds were homely and the kitchen was tremendously clean with complimentary water. The host was polite and allowed us to come early and stay late. The shuttle lady was super nice and even dropped us off. a great stay with all the amenities needed.
